Currently, our consultants come to your home and walk through your house to identify the volume of items to that will need packing and transporting. With the new Video Surveys, you have the advantage of walking through your house with your phone and recording a video, room by room showing us the items that will be moving. As you walk through the rooms, feel free to talk in the background, giving us special instructions that we need to know.

 

After that, we will be able to give you a quotation. Should we have any queries, we will call you to verify. Simple! In less than 15 minutes, you’ll be done and dusted and moving on to the day’s activities.

 

We have a few simple instructions that you’ll need to follow :

– Send us a Whatsapp Message with your name, and the details of where you are moving from as well as where you are moving to.
– You will receive a message with the instructions on how to take your video.
– We will receive your video and send you a quotation. Simple!
