When formulating the move plan, your Move Consultant considers multiple constraints, such as system uptime, and possible disruption of services when moving office, and it even advises on how best to move so as to have the least detriment to the business.

A) The Pre-Move Process

✔ Get a Move Consultant assigned to your Move. This is when your moving journey with Nellions Moving starts. The Move Consultant will contact you to:

1. Book for a pre-move survey – it can either be an in-person, Virtual Survey (video call or pre-recorded video), pictorial, or as a list. An in-person survey is highly recommended for an Office Move in order to appreciate all the intricacies of the move.
2. Visit your premises based on your agreement in (1) above.
3. Understand your moving requirements and address any concerns you might have/ queries
4. Discuss the most practical move plan with you based on your needs, guide you through the d-day moving process, and set expectations.
5. Share a tailor-made no-obligation quotation via email.
6. Book your move and handover to the Move Coordinator/ Move Anchor for D-day planning/ execution overview.

✔ The Move Coordinator in conjunction with the Move Consultant and the Move Captain will:

1. Request for a meeting between Nellions Moving and your Move Marshall
2. Prepare a Move flow plan and present it to your team
3. Set and discuss the expectations of each party.
4. Deliver boxes for personal packing- work in progress for your colleagues
5. Visit the destination office for labeling and understanding of the settling plan
6. Share minutes of the meeting with your Move Coordinator.

✔ Clear with the building/ property management on both ends.
✔ Share an LPO/LSO to firm up the Move.
✔ Receive an SMS with brief details about your moving process and your Move Captain.

B) The Office Moving Process

✔ The corporate/office movers will arrive at your current location at the agreed time.

• The Move Captain will introduce his/her team
• They will request you to take show them around for a quick walkthrough to get a glimpse of the scope of work
• Label the rooms/offices and items contained therein with the end in mind
• He will introduce a set of documents to be used on moving day.
