Moving house or office is often a laborious, involving and sometimes emotional exercise. Furthermore, a lot of home movers are people with young families and are permanently engaged in employment or business. Office moves are quite disruptive to business and sometimes involve multiple players. We at Nellions Moving & Relocations are here to ensure that the moving exercise is devoid of stress. We feel privileged every time we are contacted by a client and pledge to do our best to ensure the service is to the highest standard.

Based on experience, we have developed some basic principles against which clients should measure our service and accept nothing less.

  • Clients’ specific and unique needs are always established and understood because each job is different. This is done by listening to clients, asking questions and conducting pre-move surveys (physical, video, online or telephone).
  • Clients are treated with courtesy and respect at all levels of contact.
  • Team Nellions must clearly explain to the clients (on a step-by-step basis) how their jobs will be undertaken and answer all questions raised.
  • Detailed proposals are given to clients explaining in writing the full scope of the service, any exceptions, charges, terms payment, client’s duties and giving any advice that may be considered necessary. All details of the proposal are agreed prior to move commencement.
  • Clarifications are made by Team Nellions once sought by clients until they are satisfied.
  • Clients should complain in case they think something did not go as promised. It is Nellions responsibility to swiftly address complaints to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Nellions Moving & Relocations maintains smooth and open communication channels through telephone, email, social media and face-to-face meetings.
  • Each move/job is assigned to a specific move consultant/coordinator who is the focal point to the client from the beginning to end.
  • The most suitable personnel/staff are assigned to each job based on the specific requirements. Clients have the right to ask for a change of personnel if they are not happy.
  • Nellions Moving & Relocations is a time conscious organization. Our efforts are geared towards saving (and not to waste) other people’s time and ours as well.
  • Moving is what we do every day and therefore have a duty to explain and advise clients on important things which they may not be aware of but which would affect their moving experience.
  • Respecting client privacy is paramount. The company and it’s employees will never disclose any information or details about its clients to third parties under any circumstances.
  • Service to clients will be offered in a manner that does not disrupt the client’s neighbors and the general public except for cases where such disruption is unavoidable.
