Contest Rules, Terms and Conditions: #MyMovingNightmare

CONTEST RULES

  1. This contest is only valid for individuals living in Kenya and Uganda.
  2. This contest is subject to Nellions’ Privacy Policy.
  3. The contest will begin on Thursday 25th November 2021 at 9 am and conclude on Monday 29th November 2021 at 5 pm.
  4. In order to stand a chance to win, participants have to have liked Nellions Moving’s or Nellions Uganda’s social media pages by 5 pm on 29th November 2021 on the relevant platform on which they submit their entry.
  5. Winners of the contest in Kenya will be announced on 30th November 2021 at 11 am.
  6. Winners of the contest in Uganda will be announced on 1st December 2021 at 11 am.
  7. Submissions are limited to 3 contest entries per participant.
  8. By entering, contestants affirm that they are above 13 years of age.
  9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram and Facebook.
  10. All contest participants have to adhere to the Terms of Use of Facebook and Instagram
  11. By participating in this contest, you give Nellions Moving & Relocations Company Ltd. and Nellions Moving & Relocations Uganda permission to repurpose and reuse your contest submissions for its own promotional uses.
  12. The winner of the contest will be determined by an individual’s contribution to the hashtag #MyMovingNightmare on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as well as the engagement on their contest submissions.
  13. Nellions Moving & Relocations Company is responsible for picking the winner through internal processes, and our decision is final.
  14. Employees and relatives of staff of Nellions Moving & Relocations Company Ltd. and Nellions Moving & Relocations Uganda are not eligible to participate in this contest.

 

                              DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

 

A number of factors will come into play when determining the winners of this contest:

 

For the spa treatments, the primary consideration will be the amount of Engagement on submission posts. The winners will be authors of the posts that get the most comments and likes. Engagement will be measured as follows:

 

  • Each like on a contest submission post counts 1 Contest Point
  • Every comment on the submission post counts as 10 Contest Points

 

Nellions personnel will contact the winners on Tuesday 30th November at 8 am through Direct Message to inform them of their victories before making the official announcements on social media.
